A familiar face in the community, Joshua brings over 20 years of automotive expertise to the auto repair shop.  As Service Manager and owner, he's dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and ensuring your experience is as smooth as possible. His background includes working with brands like Honda, Toyota, Ford, GM, and Mazda, and his utmost commitment to customer satisfaction has earned him numerous awards from manufacturers.  Joshua grew up in Bedford, Va and has built close relationships in Lynchburg and the surrounding area. Joshua enjoys going to the lake, hiking the peaks, and spending time with his family. 

Mark's passion for all things automotive started early. With over 30 years of experience across Ford, GM, and the heavy truck industry, his diagnostic skills are second to none. As a Certified Senior Master Technician and auto repair shop owner, Mark is committed to providing top-tier service and getting the Lynchburg area customers back on the road with confidence. He enjoys the challenge of complex repairs and takes pride in ensuring every vehicle leaves the shop in top condition.  Mark enjoys the hot summer days and spends most of his free time either on his boat, fixing his boat, cleaning his boat, or looking at his boat. Mark has a wonderful family and is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet.
